Zoom and other meeting providers
Step-by-step instructions for Zoom are on our Zoom integration guide. For Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, use the same connect flow shown in Meeting providers inside the DanceCraft app. Common provider errors (OAuth redirect mismatch, unpublished apps, revoked tokens) sometimes require verifying both Marketplace settings and your conferencing account directly with Zoom or Google—we help interpret logs when you include screenshots of the failing step.
Response times
Early-access periods may observe business-day response windows. Emergencies involving account security are prioritized regardless of rollout stage.
Status & availability
Releases are rolling; some devices or regions temporarily trail others. Mention your platform (iOS/Android) and approximate app version if you encounter a crash or outage.
